Our hosted RMA Solution, was designed from both a manufacturer and a service providers perspective. We wanted to deliver a solution to that had a certain amount of flexibility, easy management of "kit components" internal SKU numbers, external Sku numbers, comprehensive descriptions, buy price, sell price,FIFO & LIFO and even serial number management.
We have managed to work all of the above criteria into the inventory management system, whatever your service operations model, we have a solution to address this, using the same fluid process flows as within the rest of our hosted RMA solution.
