0025 - Online RMA Confirmation

Once all of the information is entered into the system. And review of the order is satisfactory, just select the checkout option and the page will transition to the RMA confirmation screen. Your customer has successfully generated the RMA number, and at the same time a printable RMA packing list has been generated, it shows all of the information for that specific RMA, including the destination address for the pack to be sent to, the customer just needs to pop this paperwork on the box and send it out for delivery. At the same time the customer has generated the RMA in their account, they also receive an email confirmation, as does the RMA group within your company, a pre alert if you will, at same time the RMA is also pushed through to the Warehouse Management System ready for arrival and pre planning.
