0027 - Individual Order Detail

Individual RMA Order Status history, enables customers to really drill down and see what is going on with their order. At the top of the page is the information that was submitted along with the original RMA that was generated, the second half of the page is the order that was actually received into your facility. All activity related to the order has been updated to this customer view, they can see line by line exactly what the progress is. There is also an additional column that shows WO comments - this information is actually entered by your Engineers or customer service dept, repair/service information can be entered along side the relevant product line.

Every time the order has updates carried out in the WMS the information will update directly into this page in real-time, information that can be accessed from anywhere at anytime. There is an option for the customer to download the order if required, and even to download/view copies of invoices tied to this specific order.
