The RMA Review area within the customers online account, is designed to enable your customers to view their entire order history, there is a high level status screen, that gives a brief overview of account history and activity. As the customers order pushes into the Warehouse Management System on the back end, Once the order is received into your facility and updated in the system, any information and updates will flow back up to the customers view.
Essentially we are removing the requirement of costly time consuming calls to find out the status of repairs.
