As you can see from the screen shot, the part that the engineer ordered shows on the repair report, the part has a price tied to it, but as this was a warranty repair, (a selection made on inbound), the system intuitively knows that no price should be shown next to the component on the repair report. Alternatively as this is a warranty repair, you may not want to let the customer know anything other than the RMA has be repaired and returned to meet Spec!! The choice is yours.
