Our research and development team found that in some instances there were users that needed to enter RMAs for a large quantity of products, as we have designed this system to be lean, we had to come up with a solution to enable users to upload as much information at one time as possible, the easiest and most sensible way to do this was to have the option to upload a simple csv format file
We have included very clear and concise instructions on the format required for the CSV, the information is right on the top of the serial number screen, (yet again saving users having to navigate to other pages to read instructions), once again a little touch that saves a lot of time. Once the file is uploaded the user will see all of the information transferred to all available fields.
The speed of the batch upload is only dependant on the users bandwidth capacity, our reliable solar powered servers are built to handle large amounts of internet traffic.
